The Fifth Beijing-Tokyo Forum opens in Dalian, Northeast China's Liaoning province, November 2, 2009. Co-hosted by China Daily News Group and Genron NPO, the annual forum is held alternatively in China and Japan. The first forum was held in Beijing, in August, 2005.[chinadaily.com.cn]
