Pollution is encompassing the issues on environmental hazards which in turn wraps up issues of too many vehicles in China. Other matters refer to bad mannered drivers and poorly taught drivers who could NOT even park cars ( i.e. instead of normal parking takes one or two alignment to fix a park, many just tried desperately to park 3, 4 , 5 , 6 ... times in order to get a fix. This is causing unrealized cause of pollution problem; imagining China has more than 13.5 billion heads and as many as 800 millions vehicles ). It appears that driving schools are able to gang with Vehicle Licensing Authorities to buy driving licenses for their clients ( i.e. no need to undergo driving tests in practice and / or written exams). Hence, YOU get bad drivers! Fortunately, China has expanded its massive networks of Buses, MRT and Hi_Speed trains; yet more are needed. Hopefully, the Hon Premier Li will see lights in this matter to combat this too-many-vehicle issue by increasing prices and foreign car taxes (tariffs) to encourage its people to use / own one car per family while public transports are cheap, clean and fast. If taken into context, car parking spaces will be reduced accordingly.

Here are the main problems of traffic congestion in Beijing:- 1. Drivers who do not obey the traffic rules as the fines of 100 yuan is not significant to caused the driveres to think twice before breaking the traffic rules. This is very common on the airport expressway where more than 50% of the cars will drive on the emergency lane. Most people know where the traffic cameras are located so they will cut into the lane before hitting the traffic cameras. So no fines are ever written. If the government raised the fine to 5,000 yuan, immediately all the drivers will be playing by the rule. Strict implementation will caused everyone to be rule abinding. 2. There are too many electric motocycles and bicycles that are not stopping at traffic lights and it is very dangerous for everyone. With the increase in the e-commerce business, delivery companies are using electric bikes to send all their couriers around town, but these vehicles are not obeying the traffic rules. The goverment should curb these offenders and imposed heavy fines to these bicycles so that traffic will be smooth and accident will occur less. 3. The traffic lights in Beijing should include a turn light. All cars should stop at red light so that pedestrains can cross the road without being horns by the cars that are allowed to turn. Pedestrians crossing should be implemented to ensure people and children walking across the road are safe. Again I would like to stress that Beijing is a big cosmopolitan city and with such big population in Beijing, traffic rules safety and obidence should be observe. Fines should be tougher and higher so that drivers understand that if you drive, you are reliable to the safety of each and every person on the road and not be a selfish individual driving without obeying the rule. Thank you and I hope that this city will be even better as it grows!

Please have a very strict law that will not allow drivers to use cell phones while driving- i have seen so very many bad/deadly accidents because of people paying attention to their phones instead of actual traffic. I ride a scooter while I am there, and it is petrifying to deal with these drivers- Also- please put stop signs into use in your country. I see so many drivers every day just pull out into traffic. they do not ever look-they do not even pause before entering traffic-I was almost killed by one such driver-who incidentally was on his phone, and never got out of his car to help me. If China did a very hard crack down on drivers who use their cell phones while driving-you would teach the whole country this is not ok. If the police actually wrote traffic tickets for this offense, your country would make so much money-

I think the rules for driving need to be more strict. I have never seen any cars or trucks move out of the way for an ambulance- this is a very important rule for every other country I have ever been to- of course it is very important to the person inside the ambulance, trying to get care...

At 72 with a Thai national, I had accumulated many working experiences of a nearly 30 different types of jobs - twice a Buddhist monk, I would like to do something good for my motherland - China. I have been spending my last six years doing research on various kinds of renewable energy. As President Xi Jinping was targeting 'Clean Energy' to combat smog and haze in many provinces during winter, I sincerely think that I could be of contribution. We could turn a community into self-sufficient with clean energy. Furthermore, organic fertilizer from bio-gas could be used to plant vegetable and fruits. Last but not least, 'Zero Waste ' management could be installed.

I love China! I lived in Nanning, Guangxi in 1994 and studied at å¹¿è¥¿å¤§å¦ for 5 months. I have 3 daughters adopted from China (Kunming, Chengdu, and Nanchong) and just returned from a month traveling by myself in Guangxi. I have seen great improvements in the environment in the south of China. I'm hoping that China can continue to improve the water and air quality throughout China. China, like the USA, is a big, beautiful country. A clean environment with enough open space is essential for the daily lives of the citizens of China. I am looking forward to returning to China and enjoying the Chinese people, culture, and the beautiful environment that is China!

The reason for housing price increase many people should be clear about:many rich people who use their source do buy-and-sell game, house broker advisement, some local governments assistance, etc, which make price higher and higher. The top level government can have many countermeasures to control the housing price, such as control bank loan, charge house tax for the people who have more than two sets of house, etc.

As an academic resident who had just graduated from school only 2 years ago,it is really hard fo me to buy a house in Ji nan,so I hope the government take some effective methods to cut the price down.

Shenzhen municipal government spends too much controlling and pulling down the illegal buildings every yearbecause of lack of strict laws and regulations. Suggesting that the government make strict laws and regulations to change the present awkward situation.

Children who are born poor, live in unsanitary conditions, receive little mental stimulation or nurturing, and experience poor nutrition in their first years are far more likely than their richer peers to grow up stunted in body and mind. These children tend to do poorly in class, repeat grades and drop out of school at high rates. In the workplace, they are able to perform only unskilled jobs and earn the lowest wages. When they have children, a cycle of inherited poverty begins.

I have many thoughts for China's social educational development. China's government is doing a good job at keeping the streets and cities clean and green. I see lots of dustbins for throwing rubbish. Spitting in public must be eliminated. It is unhygienic and unpleasant to see. Education to not spit in public is must. Educate populace to queue for trains.

College education needs reform; The education of children costs too much. As a result young parents fear to have a second baby.

Kids of workers from out-of -home don't have the chance to enter public schools. Although the policy is broadened this year that we can apply to be local residents, many of us don't have stable living conditions because can't afford expensive property. Our concern is that If we transfer our identity address to Guang Dong, we can't make a basic life when we get old. Still, our kids would also be bound here where we couldn't have senses of belonging. The next generations will suffer in the same terrible cycle. As a result, it is not fair that our kids be treated with a low criterion primary school.

Many people are interested to learn Chinese in India. But, most of the good material to study Chinese is only available in English. My request is to make it available in other prominent Indian languages, so that cultural gap between 2 countries can be bridged much easily.

Although the Chinese High School Examination System or Gaokao has produced exceptional students, the system increases strain on students and decreases the flexibility in the talent pool for students that may perform better in other employment opportunities.

Dear Premier Li, I am the Polish student, one of my faculties is sinology. I want to ask You, if will it be possible to make some steps to create new initiatives that will enhance the cooperation between Chinese and Polish young people, who are interested in making closer relations with each other? I am the part of the association, which members are mostly young people and we are looking for an appropriate opportunity to work on this kind of project, but unfortunately we can't find any regulations in China, that would help the NGO's in it. Thank you in advance for your answer, sir.

I have had a deep love for China since the first time I ate Chinese food at the age of 5, so it should come as no surprise that I got my bachelor's in International Studies concentrating in Chinese Studies so that I could study Chinese and study abroad in China. I then got my master's in Education specializing in teaching English as a Second Language online so I could work on it while I while teaching in China. I have a ten year visa to visit China and I intend to return as often as I can. In my time spent in China over the past eight years, I became aware of our many differences and one of the places this was most obvious was in education. I loved every day I was living in China, but the mismanagement I saw happening in the school I worked for opened my eyes. I was forced to teach English classes that were lumped together by major instead of ability and it was infuriating. I had students who were able to hold whole conversations with me sitting next to students who couldn't answer the question, "What is your name?" I have many more examples, but I suggest you reach out to ESL teachers who have spent time in China for suggestions on areas for improvement in the Chinese educational system. I love China with all of my Californian heart and I want to see its students succeed.

As someone who studies in China for more than 6 years and also learned a lot about Chinese politics and foreign policy, while i was doing my master in international relations, i would love to to say that Chinese foreign policy toward North Africa and Middle East is not as it should be when it comes to the presence of china as a significant raising soft power. culturally speaking, China, more than any other foreign power, has a lot of shared cultural and traditional mechanisms that could help it to easily have a strong soft power influence on these regions. in other words, both of china and these regions are described by many anthropologists as being collective, high power distance where family morals are very significant than any other parts of the world. beside these elements there are many other cultural and political elects if they are wisely used by the Chinese decision makers will for sure help China to easily win a huge number of people's hearts as well as minds.

Hello Premier Li Keqiang As a Chinese descendant who living in Indonesia, I'm very proud to be Chinese even i can't speak Chinese, I love all about China. I 'm very proud with what China has achieved now, I wish China would continue to achieve advancement in all aspects ( Original Chinese culture, technology, military, economy, more green environment, pet protection ) and become world leader superpower & promoting peace harmony to the word. I do hope China can give more concern to all Chinese descendants outside China especially in South East Asia. Thank You.

Every Chinese person I have met or done business with in US, young or old, has an incredible appetite for money. The young people drive around in expensive cars and are very rude. They are noisy and refuse to abide by our laws. Older people are hungry for an opportunity to make even more money. I grew up respecting China and their culture immensely but now I am having my doubts. This is very bad for China and its future relations with US.

Dear Premier Li, I have the honour to have taught in China, in Harbin, for nearly eight years, eight of the most fulfilling years of my life, and I hope for my students too. I am now retired and living in Hainan with my wife, who is originally from Dalian. My hopes for the future would be: - 1) That the pension and healthcare system could become centralised rather than scattered throughout the many provinces of China. 2) That the Hukou system be thoroughly overhauled such that it becomes more of a true 'National Identity Card' than tying a person to a city where they may no longer live. 3) That the housing sector be reformed such that young people can actually afford to buy 'first time' houses thus getting themselves on the property ladder as is the case in many western countries. 4) That foreigners like me, who have no desire to return to their home countries on a permanent basis, but in fact live their lives peacefully and in harmony with their Chinese neighbours, could be given the option of obtaining a more permanent residence. I know that there is a 'Green Card' scheme but this is far too expensive for most in my position. Finally, I hope that China remains the peaceful, harmonious country that I have come to know and love.

Dear Premier Li I am a Singaporean citizen residing in China for the past 3.5 years and loving it here. I am married to one of your Chinese citizens and I moved over when she returned to China. China is so much happening and I share that with my friends back in Singapore. My visa is Q1 Spouse residential visa but I wish I can get PR status, except China has made it very strict and hard for foreigners to obtain PR. Please consider making it easier for spouses of Chinese citizens to be able to get PR status. Thank you.

Senior Homes or Nursing Homes may be needed for elderly Chinese parents who may not want to burden their only child who has his young family to care for. In light of China's new policy on 2-children per family, child care centers may be needed to help working families to continue having both husband and wife to work on a payroll to finance the whole family.
