Former Shanghai top prosecutor under probe

BEIJING -- Chen Xu, former head of Shanghai People's Procuratorate, is being investigated for "severe disciplinary violations," the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) announced Wednesday.
