China to showcase J-20 fighter jet in public at air show

BEIJING - China's domestic-built J-20 stealth fighter will make its public debut at an air show in Zhuhai City next week, with air-force pilots flying the new-generation warcraft, a military spokesperson said Friday.
The development of the J-20 is progressing as scheduled, and it is expected to further boost the fighting capacity of the Chinese air force, said Shen Jinke, spokesperson of the People's Liberation Army Air Force, at a press conference.
