The fourth International Tourism Commodities Fair begins October 24 in Beijing.
Sponsored by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Tourism Development, the three-day event is scheduled to welcome more than 1,000 exhibitors from 56 countries such as the US, Japan, Germany, and South Korea.
The fair is to showcase exotic products ranging from art to food.
Many domestic businesses, including time-honored brands in Beijing, will also be present with their products.
Exhibition area stands at 45,000 square meters.
The goal of the event is to offer visitors a one-stop shopping experience.
Meanwhile, a tourism toilet forum was highlighted at the fair’s opening day. Toilet producers introduced their latest environmentally-friendly and mobile products while offering solutions to satisfy the needs of tourists for toilets in scenic spots.
