BEIJING - Local procurators in east China's Anhui Province have issued an arrest warrant for Xia Luping, former president of West Anhui University, who is suspected of taking bribes, said the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) on Tuesday.
The SPP statement did not give other details but said investigation is still underway.
