GUIYANG - An apartment building that partially collapsed on Sunday morning in southwest China has left two dead, three injured and another two missing, local authorities said.
Part of a nine-story apartment building, built two decades ago in Zunyi City of southwest China's Guizhou Province collapsed at 5:58 a.m.
All the injured are in stable condition, authorities said. Heavy rainfall has caused the top of the apartment building to seep in water. Investigation is underway.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
