Liu Liang, a lottery winner, threatens to commit suicide by jumping from a high-rise advertising board, if the lottery organizer fails to give him the prize in Xi'an, Northwest China's Shaanxi province on March 25, 2004. He won 120,000 yuan and a BMW car, but was accused by the lottery organizer of faking the winning ticket. The investigation showed that the lottery draw was manipulated, but Liu drew the ticket that should have been drawn by another.
