BEIJING -- A strong cold front moving eastward will sweep across most parts of China from Sunday, bringing strong winds and low temperatures, the national observatory forecast on Friday.
Temperatures will drop by up to 10 degrees Celsius in some parts of northwest China and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the National Meteorological Center (NMC) said.
The NMC said temperatures in Central and East China will be one to three degrees Celsius lower than average during the coming three days.
Heavy snow and blizzards will hit the southwestern part of Tibet Autonomous Region on Saturday and Sunday.
