China expressions 2014

The nine-day campaign launched by the anti-Occupy group Alliance for Peace and Democracy to collect signatures from Hong Kong citizens opposing the protest ended in Hong Kong on Nov 2, 2014. More than 1.83 million citizens signed the petition, accounting for one fourth of Hong Kong citizens and one third of adult citizens. The spokesperson of the group said that this was the most powerful response to the so-called "Occupy Central" movement, who claim they represent all Hong Kong citizens. [Photo from China Youth Daily]
