Trio steal sheep for taste of lamb kebab
Three men stole more than 50 sheep in Zhucheng, Shandong province, just to satisfy their appetite for lamb kebab, Qilu Evening News reported on Monday.
The three suspects, all in their 30s, complained that the mutton on the market was not tasty and may be made from other animals' meat.
Two of the three started to steel sheep from villagers in May 2013, and were then joined by Zhao's brother. They even injured one villager once while stealing sheep.
They roasted the sheep and sold the rest they couldn't eat. The total value of the sheep was more than 70,000 yuan ($11,400).
