Chemical factory blasts in Shandong

JINAN - Blasts occurred in a chemical plant in east China's Shandong province Wednesday night, local authorities said.
The explosion happened around 8:30 p.m, in Linqu County.
The number of casualties is not immediately known.
Witnesses said the factory caught fire and toxic substances might be leaking.
