At least 4 killed in Dalian plant explosion

DALIAN - At least four people were killed in a chemical plant explosion in northeast China's Liaoning province on Saturday evening, local authorities said.

The explosion happened at about 6:40 pm in Jinzhou district of Dalian.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
