4.8-magnitude quake hits Guangdong
BEIJING - A 4.8-magnitude quake jolted Heyuan city in Southern Guangdong province at 11:34 am Friday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
The epicenter, with a depth of 11 km, was monitored at 23.9 degrees north latitude and 114.5 degrees east longitude, the center said.
