Biography of Chen Xu

Director-general, Department of International Organizations and Conferences of the Chinese Foreign Ministry.

Chen Xu was born in February 1962 in Zhejiang province. He was graduated from Fudan University in 1983 and China Foreign Affairs University in 1985. He started to work in the Chinese Foreign Ministry in 1985.
