Xi emphasizes adherence to CPC Congress spirit

BEIJING - Xi Jinping, the new leader of the Communist Party of China (CPC), has advocated six ways to adhere to the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress held in November.

In an article to be published Tuesday in "Seeking Truth," the official magazine of the CPC Central Committee, Xi advocates implementing the spirit of the congress by sticking to a path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, studying and putting into practice a system of socialist theory with Chinese characteristics, building a moderately prosperous society, ensuring and improving livelihoods, promoting the CPC's construction and deepening reforms.
