Editor's note: Luo Yang worked for 20 consecutive days before boarding China's first aircraft carrier, the Liaoning, on Nov 18.
In that time, he completed two major projects at his company and then attended an aviation fair in Zhuhai, Guangdong province.
On Nov 17, he had returned to Shenyang in Northeast China and went directly to the aircraft training base, without visiting home.
He had not been home for 17 days. Here is what he did in his last eight days.
