BEIJING - The State Council has approved plans to mark national day for road safety on Dec 2 each year, according to a circular published on the website of the Central People's Government on Wednesday.
A national road safety day was proposed by the Ministry of Public Security, in order to improve people's awareness of road safety and the related legal system, as well as courteous road use.
