Bosses in Guangdong who delay paying workers their salaries may have their personal information released, China News Service reported Tuesday.
According to a draft regulation for labor insurance and supervision issued by South China's Guangdong province, employers who avoid paying workers' salaries will be exposed by local news media or portals of the administrative departments of human resources and social security.
The departments can also launch investigations into companies that withhold wages, which will require the appearance of their legal representatives or people in charge at specified times and places, according to the regulation.
