A bus driver managed to bring his vehicle to a halt before dying of a heart attack in Zhengzhou, Henan province, in the morning of July 25.
Ma Haijun, 54, fell onto the steering wheel after safely stopping the bus, which had 60 passengers, according to Yang Jingwen, the bus conductor.
When an ambulance arrived, the man wasn't breathing and didn't have a pulse. He was declared dead five minutes later.
Ma's wife said that he went to work at about 4 am on that day.
