"Every impressive building must be controversial. A building needs to be judged by the entire society and tested by time. Whether a building is good or bad should not be subjected to any individual's perspective. But all the Chinese people are entitled to comment on the China Pavilion. All organizers need to evaluate it, since the (China) pavilion is in the Expo Garden. When I designed the China Pavilion, I hoped that 50 percent of people would
acknowledge it is a nice project. Then, I'd take it as a success.
It seems that so far positive views are more than negative ones."

"I don't think it is a must to queue a long time for a popular
pavilion. Those pavilions with less visitors are also informative.
I think when parents explain the pavilions to children, it is better to add some background knowledge. I recommend those
interactive pavilions. For me, there isn't a must-go pavilion.
Just experience the pavilions and it will be a nice visit."
Lvqiu Luwei
a reporter with Phoenix TV, comments on both popular and less-favored pavilions.
