A lost-and-found office has been set up outside the Expo Garden to facilitate visitors to claim their lost items without entering the garden, said the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination.
The lost-and-found office is at Houtan No 19 parking lot on Xueye Road, near Gate 8. The lost items will be sent to the office within three days when they are found.
People who want to find their lost items can call the hotline 58742500 or 58742502 to make sure the things are with the office before going there.
