Kids in tow
The Expo Garden provides parent-child bracelets to prevent kids wandering off when they tour around the park. Parents are informed by vibration and a GPS once the distance between the parents and children surpasses a set range. Parents can also rent strollers for free from a care center at each entrance to the Expo Garden.

Coffee surprises
The different types of coffees available at pavilions are surprising visitors to the Expo Garden. A restaurant in the Malaysia Pavilion offers coffee made from premium coffee beans and skim milk. The raw materials have undergone special processing which removes a large part of caffeine, making the color pale yellow. Civet coffee, the most expensive coffee in the world, is found in the Indonesia Pavilion. Civet cats that live in Sumatra eat, digest and excrete coffee beans, which are processed into coffee with a unique flavor. In the Pacific Joint Pavilion, "volcanic organic coffee" attracts drinkers with its special aroma nurtured by volcanic red clay in which the coffee beans grow.
