The famous painting, The Drunken Beauty, has enjoyed great popularity among celebrities, and so has its embroidery, which has been chosen as a favorite by celebrities from around the world, including singers Celine Dion, Placido Domingo, film star Sharon Stone, and director Michelle Tang - all of whom share a common interest and taste for traditional Chinese culture.
Chinese celebrities also admire this beautiful artwork. When Song Zuying, a famous Chinese folk singer, came to Shanghai for her solo show, she was presented with the embroidery, The Drunken Beauty, which she appreciated. Song kept asking questions about the complicated embroidering process involved in the artwork's creation and could not help being impressed by its vivid characterization, rich colors and delicate handcraft.
The Drunken Beauty has proved itself to be a popular artwork among people around the globe.
