St Louis Irish Art Group's performance
St Louis Irish Art Group are dazzling Expo 2010 visitors with an enchanting display of Irish dance and music performed on harp, fiddle, flute, bodhran, accordion and concertina.
The show is being staged at the Ireland Pavilion at 2pm, 3pm and 5:30pm. Wednesday will be the last chance to enjoy the performance by one of the largest and most successful North American branches of the Irish cultural organization Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann.
Directed by Helen Gannon, founder of the St Louis Irish Arts School of Music and Dance, musicians are showcasing elements from Irish music written in the 17th century to modern arrangements of newly composed Irish music.
