Transport
The Metro is the major mode of transportation to and from the Expo Garden. Metro stations near the Expo Garden with less traffic over the weekend were Nanpu Bridge, West Gaoke Road and Yuntai Road.
The Expo Garden entrances with less traffic were No 3 and No 4.
Expo organizers advise visitors entering the garden after 10 am to choose alternate transportation, such as Expo buses, to avoid congestion.
Metro operators said one-day tickets are now available at 86 stations for 18 yuan each. The ticket is valid on all metro lines for 24 hours after first its use and must be used within 10 days of its purchase.
