 Farmers compete with one another in digging up sweet potatoes in a village in Fuyang, Anhui province, Nov 3, 2010. Hundreds of farmers took part in the sweet potato games during the Sweet Potato Cultural Festival in the village. The village has a long history of planting sweet potatoes on its fertile land. The quality sweet potatoes and potato noodles have brought good profits to the villagers. This year, the villagers reclaimed 70 mu (4.67 hectares) of land, where the sweet potato games were held.
