Over 100,000 people in Langzhong, an ancient city along the Yangtze River in Southwest China's Sichuan province, had to leave their houses behind on the rainy Friday night after receiving an urgent warning from the local government that the flood was coming. As of 11:00 pm Friday, they had all been transferred to safe places.
