Hu thanks Singh's understanding of BRIC cut

Chinese president Hu Jintao expressed appreciation to India President Manmohan Singh's understanding of his decision shortening the BRIC meeting, and apologized for any inconvenience.

Singh demonstrated deep mourning for the victims hit by the quake.
