China asks youth to donate water to drought-hit areas

Chinese authorities have urged every member of Communist Youth League and Young Pioneer to donate one bottle of water to the drought-affected population in Southwest China on Thursday, the China Youth Daily reported.
The Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China will be in charge of the water transportation work. All donated water will be sent to the most drought-hit areas.
