A 73-year-old resident of Tianjin municipality claims wearing just vests and shorts for 28 years has kept him healthy.
Besides, Song Jingrong never misses his early morning walks.
Song said he started exercising after he was diagnosed with varicosity at the age of 28, temporarily rendering him sightless.
He said he has swum in freezing water everyday since 1981.
