SHANGHAI - World Expo visitors can have customized postcards of themselves made at a post office next to the Shanghai Expo site during the event, according to Shanghai Post.
The post office, which opened Thursday, will open from 7:00 to 24:00 during the six-month event from May 1 to October 31.
Visitors could take photos inside the Expo, and ask any service stand of the Shanghai World Expo Post Office to deliver the pictures to the post office, where they could be made into postcards, said Chen Xiaolu, head of the World Expo command center for Shanghai Post.
The post office would provide services in Chinese, English and sign language during the World Expo, which is expected to attract 70 million visitors.
