People wishing to visit the State Grid Pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo will be able to book entrance arrangements via the grid's Website by the end of this year.
Prospective visitors will be able to type in the serial number of their Expo tickets and reserve a time to enter the exhibition by the national electricity network.
"People should make an appointment early because we have 1.5 million employees who are all eager to visit the pavilion," said Teng Letian, chief engineer of Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Co, a subsidiary of the State Grid.
Though the ticket function will be launched later, the grid's Website (www.magicbox2010.com) opened Thursday, offering an introduction to the pavilion.
"We're presenting a view of an energy-saving, intelligent electricity grid with the Website and our pavilion," Teng said.
