BEIJING: Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang said here Sunday that China's communication with other developing countries at the Copenhagen climate summit was sufficient, transparent and smooth.
The UN Climate Change Conference ended in the Danish capital on Saturday with a legally non-binding agreement, the Copenhagen Accord.
The reports said the text was presented without consultation with other countries, especially those island states and least developed ones.
"Such comments did not conform with the fact and were irresponsible and driven by ulterior motives," Qin said.
