Founder of China's biophysics dies at 107

BEIJING: Bei Shizhang, a renowned biologist and educator and founder of China's biophysics, died Thursday morning at the age of 107, according to a statement from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) Saturday.
He is the founder of China's biophysics, radiobiology, cosmobiology and has made important contributions to China's life science and manned space program, read the statement. |
