A 26-year-old Beijing resident is looking for some 1,500 Internet users to invest in an apartment, whose owner will be chosen on the basis of a lucky draw.

Each of the 1,500 netizens will have to pay 100 yuan ($14.64) to participate in the draw.

He's convinced 600 netizens so far.
