China fails to put Indonesia satellite in orbit

XICHANG: The Indonesian communications satellite Palapa D atop the Chinese-made Long March 3B rocket, launched at 5:28 pm Monday at Xichang Satellite Launch Center, failed to enter preset orbit.

Experts are looking into the causes.
