Man makes longest wedding dress train for bride

Zhao Peng, 28, jumps to celebrate as the world's longest wedding dress train he makes to please his bride-to-be is unveiled at Jiangbin Park in Jilin, northeast China's Jilin province, Saturday, August 1, 2009. A Chinese man is set to enter the Guinness Book of World Records after making a wedding dress as long as a 2,162-m train for his lady love.

Zhao Peng, from Jilin, a city in Jilin province, met his soon-to-be bride on the Internet.

The couple are set to exchange vows on August 6.

Zhao hopes to fit the gown on to a train before D-day in his attempt to break the existing 1579-m world record, set by another man in Bucharest, Romania, on April 1.
