50 taxi drivers help foil robbery attempt

A taxi driver in Chongqing municipality managed to detain a robber with the help of fellow cabbies last Tuesday.

After he reached the location given to him by a passenger, driver Huang Qiang was struck by a stick. The passenger then demanded money.

The driver then jumped out of the taxi and screamed for help, and within minutes, 50 other taxi drivers went to support him and controlled the passenger.
