White paper published on China's rule of law

The State Council Information Office published on Thursday a white paper entitledChina's Efforts and Achievements in Promoting the Rule of Law. The document, composed of eight chapters and six appendices, describes the Chinese people's protracted and unremitting struggles for democracy, freedom, equality and the building of a country under the rule of law.
