A resident in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, dreams of setting up a diary museum.

Hao Yuping, 37, has collected diaries for 16 years. His collection covers various historical events including the Nanjing Massacre. The diaries he collects have all been published, so he doesn't violate the privacy of the authors, Hao said. He added that the diary museum will be a non-profit institution, which welcomes people to read or donate diary works. Many residents supported Hao's idea. An official from the city of Zhumadian mailed a series of diaries on anti-corruption to Hao.
