Six cake makers cut a 779 kg (1,717 pound) cake during a ceremony to mark the coming of the traditional Chongyang festival in Suzhou, a city in East China's Jiangsu Province October 30, 2006. The 4.5-meter (14.7 ft) long and 3.3-meter (10.8 ft) wide cake took six makers 12 hours to finish. The Chongyang Festival is celebrated on the ninth day of the ninth month of the Chinese lunar calendar, which is also known as the Double Ninth Festival. [Newsphoto]
