Woman made to give up false teeth for luck

A woman's children forced her to remove all her false teeth because they believed the false teeth were unlucky.

Ming, from Guangzhou, lost all her teeth in her 50s, and had artificial teeth installed. But she was told to remove all the false teeth by her son and daughter after her granddaughter fell critically ill last month. Ming's brother-in-law and sister-in-law had also died of illness within the previous two years.

Ming's children asked their mother to remove all her false teeth after a fortune teller visited their home and told them Ming's false teeth were not lucky for their family.
