An engineering ship discharges greasy waste water into the Dianchi
Lake in Kunming, Yunnan Province October 10, 2006, seriously polluting a lake
area up to 13 hectares. It is learned that this ship was actually "on a
mission to clear up the lake". Environmental protection authorities are
