Half-naked robber spotted by passing cops

A robber in Shandong Province was arrested after taking off his T-shirt in an attempt to escape from the police.
Late last week police received a report from a local resident, whose bag was stolen by two young men. According to the victim, one of the robbers wore a white T-shirt and the other sported a black T-shirt.
On their way to the scene of the crime, police noticed a half-naked walking down the street, who the victim recognized as one of the robbers.
Police caught the man immediately and found he was carrying the stolen items.
