Jan 7, 1931: According to the instructions of the Comintern, the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of the CPC is held in Shanghai
At the meeting, Wang Ming proposed a series of more "Left" error views than Li Lisan's adventure error under the banner of "implementing the international line", "against Li Lisan's line", "against conciliationism". The meeting adopted the "resolution of the Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC", by-electing members of the CPC Central Committee and reelecting the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee: Li Weihan, He Chang quit from the Central Committee, adding Wang Ming, Shen Zemin, Xiaxi and others totaling 9 people as Central Committee members; Qu Qiubai, Li Lisan, Li Weihan quit from the Political Bureau, reelecting 9 people include Wang Ming, Ren Bishi, Chen Yu, Liu Shaoqi as Politburo members. On Jan 10 the Central Political Bureau held a meeting and decided the Central Political Bureau Standing Committee's composition of Xiang Zhongfa, Zhou Enlai and Chang Kuo-tao. By the Fourth Plenary Session, Wang Ming actually grasped the leadership of the CPC Central Committee. Since then, "Left" dogmatism mistakes represented by Wang Ming ruled our Party for 4 years.
