Kris Wu to join 2016 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game

The National Basketball Association announced this news on Jan 15, along with the game's theme of Team Canada versus Team USA.
Born in Guangzhou and immigrated to Canada at the age of ten, Wu will play on the team representing Canada.
The 25-year-old pop star has shared his excitement through his Sina Weibo account, saying "chasing my dream, thank you NBA".
The NBA revealed that Grammy-winning artist Drake will coach Team Canada, face off against four-time NBA All-Star Celebrity Game champion Kevin Hart.
Team Canada also includes "Property Brothers" stars Drew and Jonathan Scott, seven-time NBA All-Star Tracy McGrady, and retired basketball player Rick Fox.
Wu, who shot to fame as the former member of K-pop boy group EXO, has been active in China as an actor and a singer.
The 2016 NBA All-Star Celebrity Basketball Game, which will be aired by American sports network ESPN, will kick off on Feb 12 in Toronto.
