Madonna selling New York home for $23.5m
Madonna is selling one of her New York City homes for $23.5 million.
The 'Girl Gone Wild' singer has decided to put her duplex next to the city's Central Park on sale, just months after placing her mansion in Beverly Hills, California, on the market.
It is believed Madonna is selling the property after deciding she prefers a triple-wide townhouse on the Upper East Side of the city, which she also owns.
The home for sale features eight bathrooms, a library and a formal dining room over 6,000 square foot of space.

Those eager to recreate the scenes she undertook in 'Evita' and sing to the crowds would be able to do so from the Juliet balconies and its 110 foot frontage.
The interior of the home is in an Art Deco style and believed to have been created for Madonna by Christopher Ciccone, her brother.
The 54-year-old singer lived in London for many years before deciding to return to her native US after splitting with British film director Guy Ritchie, with whom she raises children Lourdes, 16, Rocco, 12, David, seven and Mercy, six.
