Cheryl Cole tests culinary skills on Will.i.am
Cheryl Cole has been testing her newly-honed culinary skills on Will.i.am.
The 28-year-old Girls Aloud singer has had the Black Eyed Peas frontman - who also happens to be her manager - round for dinner every night since he relocated to the UK to work as a mentor on 'The Voice'.
In a bid to save him from eating room service alone, Cheryl has been making everything from roast dinners and cakes through to scones and tarts for the rapper.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Will.i.am loves the food. It makes a change from backstage catering, restaurants and hotels. Cheryl has always been interested in food but recently started taking it seriously. It's a way to unwind."
Cheryl was first taught to cook by ex-husband Ashley Cole's mother Sue, who she remains friends with despite divorcing the footballer in 2010 following claims he was unfaithful.
And the '3 words' hitmaker believes her cooking ability has greatly improved. She said: "I am actually pretty good. I like baking. I can do a full Christmas dinner. I find it quite therapeutic."
