Bookstore Borders announced that it will only stock the publication's 285th edition if the 23-year-old's exposed left breast is completely covered, Q The Music reports.

The magazine has been made to ensure that all imported issues are sealed in a cover bag in order for the chain to agree to stock it.

However, some independent stockists have chosen to display the issue without the cover bag.
